Software developerwith global work experience

I’m a computer science and law student in Germany. Most of what I build is full-stack for web and mobile, so far with teams spread across Europe, the US, and South Korea.

About me

Nice to meet you

I’m a computer science and law student in Germany, and I’ve had the priviledge to work in very different work cultures. From early-stage startups, where one person carries a feature from the Figma file to the release, to large companies, where a small change has to pass review and integration, and then hold up for years.

During my time at start-ups in San Francisco and Seoul, I learned to get up to speed quickly, ask the question everyone likes to avoid, and leave behind code the next person can actually read. I like finding solutions to problems that are still loosely defined, where analysing what needs to be built is half the work.

What I work with

From the interface to the database

Most of my work sits between what a user touches and the data underneath it. These are the tools I reach for first.

Web & Frontend

Interfaces that stay fast and readable as the codebase grows.

  • React
  • Next.js
  • Angular
  • Vue.js
  • HTML/CSS
  • jQuery

Mobile

Native and cross-platform apps, from first prototype to store release.

  • React Native
  • Expo
  • Kotlin
  • Android

Backend & Cloud

APIs, data models, and infrastructure the frontend can rely on.

  • Python
  • Django
  • Java Spring
  • GraphQL
  • MongoDB
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud
  • Supabase

Data & Machine Learning

Models and pipelines that turn raw input into a usable prediction.

  • Scikit-learn
  • PyTorch
  • Pandas
  • NumPy
  • YOLO
  • Jupyter Notebook

Selected work

Things I’ve built

A mix of university work, client projects, and things I built because I wanted to use them myself. All of them taught me more than just vibe-coding.

Reflow Reader screenshotsMobile Crossplatform

Reflow Reader

Personal project · July 2026 – Present

An EPUB reader with a custom layout engine. Pagination, navigation, and gestures run inside a WebView in TypeScript, bundled with esbuild. A typography system on top of css-tree lets reader settings override a book’s own CSS reversibly, and bookmarks, highlights, and notes are stored as content-based anchors. Library and book detail views, file imports, and settings are React Native, Expo, and SQLite.

Web

PDF Web Editor Migration

With InterConnect GmbH & Co. KG, Karlsruhe · March 2023 – December 2023

Migrating a legacy PDF web editor into a modular, flexible suite. I built proofs of concept in Angular, ReactJS, and Vue.js and compared them on practicality, performance, and migration effort, then implemented the prototype in ReactJS from a Figma design. The backend was mine too: API design and implementation in Java Spring on MS SQL Server.

Pairly App screenshotsMobile Crossplatform

Pairly App

Personal project · August 2025 – Present

Offline-first app for tracking book merchandise collections, with a shared collection card catalogue, personal wishlists, and photo uploads. Implemented it for Android and iOS in React Native, TypeScript, and Expo, with SQLite for local storage, Supabase on the backend, and a custom sync engine connecting the two.

Python CLI

Decentralised P2P Network

Inha University, Incheon · September 2023 – January 2024

A dynamic network where clients exchange messages and files with no server in the middle. Built straight on Python’s socket library over TCP. No framework, so peer discovery, connection state, and message framing were all mine to get right.

Smart Fridge screenshotsPython CLI, Web

Smart Fridge

Inha University, Incheon · September 2024 – January 2025

A Raspberry Pi and camera setup that recognises what is in a fridge. YOLO11m does the detection, with PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas behind the analysis, and the processed results go into a database through a Django backend. Live monitoring runs on a ReactJS and TypeScript web interface.

Sudoku for Android screenshotsNative Android

Sudoku for Android

Personal project · November 2024 – May 2025

A native Android app in Kotlin. It generates its own puzzles, and a constraint-based solver sits behind the hint system, so hints come out of the current board rather than a stored answer.

Media Library Manager screenshotsWindows / Linux

Media Library Manager

Personal project · June 2025 – March 2026

A cross-platform desktop tool in Python that sorts, renames, and tags large MKV collections in a single pass. It reads the container metadata and writes everything back in one run instead of file by file.

Python CLI

Customer Behaviour Prediction

Frankfurt UAS, Frankfurt am Main · September 2021 – January 2022

Predicting product returns from the items in a customer’s basket. I implemented several algorithms and machine learning approaches and compared them side by side, all in Python with scikit-learn, NumPy, and Jupyter.

What comes next?

I’m open to internships, working student roles, and volunteer projects, and always up for a good technical conversation.
